As Co-founder & Director of LearnAtELAN Education, I’ve had the privilege of training leaders, professionals, and teams across spirited startups and Fortune 500 giants alike. My mantra? Break the language barrier – build limitless opportunities. In my 10+ years of Training & Development experience, I have designed programs that have been utilised by 5,000+ learners.

Currently, as a practitioner of psychology, personality, behaviour and career performance, I blend research, best practices, and real-world insights into actionable strategies that drive success.
